USING INSURANCE AT RESOLVE CHIROPRACTIC

At Resolve Chiropractic, your care is guided by what's most appropriate for your condition and goals, not by what your insurance happens to cover. We work with select plans, and coverage varies quite a bit from one plan to the next.

Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Final coverage is determined by your insurance carrier when the claim is processed. Any balance not covered by your plan is the patient's responsibility.

What your visits look like

Your insurance follow-up visit is 30 minutes: your adjustment, plus one unit of soft-tissue work or rehab. That's what most plans cover, and for many patients it's exactly right.

We're in-network with select Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna plans, and we're enrolled with Medicare. We are not in-network with United Healthcare, Kaiser, or SCAN.

Want the full hour? Some patients prefer a complete 60-minute visit: hands-on treatment, extended soft-tissue work, and supervised rehab where we coach you through each exercise. You can book that as a self-pay visit for $145 regardless of your insurance. Many patients use insurance for some visits and self-pay for others, depending on what they need that week.

Some plans don't cover soft-tissue therapy or rehab exercise at all. If yours doesn't and that work is part of your care, you can add a Soft Tissue & Rehab session for $45. We'll tell you before we start, and it's always your choice.

Services we don't bill to insurance

A few services are self-pay for everyone, because insurance plans generally don't cover them:

  • Shockwave therapy: $99 per session, with package pricing available

  • Red light therapy: $40
